Yam Fry / Chena Fry

This one is an easy piece recipe which can be cooked just to munch or to go with white rice.
We siblings as kids, never loved to eat much of the vegetables cooked for lunch except this one. We used to adore for it when mom cooks it and still the same.😃 And even i can say this is a good vegetarian replacement for fried non-veg foods. Also is a kids friendly recipe with mild spices.
Only the weird part is cleaning the yam. It is advised to wear gloves before pealing, cleaning and cutting the yam to stay away from itching.

Yam Fry / Chena Fry
