Wheat Porridge / Godhamb Virakiyadh

Godhamb Virakiyath can be considered as a sister of the famous Alisa. The wheat used is same as the one for Alisa, the husked wheat or skinless wheat. The process are almost the same except, in this we add sugar in the preparation stage itself and apart from Alisa, the spices are grinded with little coconut and combined in the wheat porridge which will take the porridge to an extra ordinary level. Believe me it is finger licking tasty and a healthy one.
