Mud Pot Pudding
I wanted to make it as a dirty dessert with worms and name it as dirty mud pot pudding. But even with worms the pudding seems to be a cute little pot😍
Mud Pot Pudding
Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Ingredients:-
Whipping Powder - 1 sachet
Cold Milk - 1/2 cup
Chocolate - 100 g (melted)
Cheese cubes - 2
Milk maid - 1 or 2 tbsp (according to the sweetness you need)
Nuts of you choice and raisin (optional)
Oreo biscuit - 12
China grass - 5 grams
Method:-
1. Using a grinder, powder the oreo biscuits and keep aside.
2. Double boil the chocolate or keep in microwave for 30 minutes stirring in between to melt them.
3. In a pan add china grass and half cup of water and boil till china grass melts. Keep them aside.(Make sure to stir in between, so that china grass don't set)
4. Now in a mixing bowl, add whipping powder and cold milk. Beat till soft peaks.
5. Add Cheese cubes. Beat till its combined.
6. Add the melted china grass and mix well using a spatula. (Make sure china grass should not be too hot while pouring to the cream mix)
7. Add melted chocolate, Mix well using a spatula or beat in low speed.
8. Now check for sweetness and if you need more sweet add milkmaid and mix well, otherwise no need to add.
9. Add nuts and raisins if using. Mix well.
Layering:-
1. Take small glasses or pudding bowls (or even a large pudding tray, in this case it won't look like mud pot 😃)
2. Keep 1 tbsp of oreo biscuit powder as base.
3. Add around 2 tbsp of cream mix. It is better to use a piping bag to make it neat.
4. Again add little powder oreo biscuit.
5. Top of it add the cream mix.
6. Continue till the cream is finished and make sure the top layer should be powdered oreo biscuit.
7. Refrigerate minimum for 2 hours and maximum overnight.
8. Decorate pudding as u wish. Here i used mint leaves and garden flower bud.
Notes:-
1. This quantity give you 4 small glasses of puddings, so for more just double the quantity of the ingredients.
2. Cheese cubes can be used any brand. I used Puck brand.
3. Adding china grass can be made optional. If you add you will get a little more stern texture. If you like it really creamy, better ignore adding china grass.
