Fish Moilee

Fish Moilee or Fish Molee is a rich and creamy fish gravy where the fish is cooked in the divine coconut milk. The shallow fried fishes are further cooked in mild spicy thin coconut milk and a final touch of thick coconut milk which will make the gravy creamy and a pure bliss for the taste buds.

My testers (mainly my mom, brother, husband, cousins and even my little one😍, this time it was mom and brother) were very much pleased with this gravy i made for dinner. We had it with Chapathi and it goes well with vellappam as well. I had mad this same recipe a number of times with different kind of cut piece fishes and every time it comes out perfect and a pleasing dish. Here i used Pomphret
