Fried Deviled Eggs
This crispy fried eggs with creamy filling is a delicious morsel with an unbelievable texture, anyone can gobble any time.
Eggs are always my life saver for any kind of meals. I should say eggs are incredible little shells of joy which can be cooked in soooo many ways 💖. I never like my fridge without eggs😁. So always when its almost finished i will get the new batch. And my family is an eggaholic family 😍.
The fried Deviled egg was in my bucket list quite some years i should say. And last day my Mr. insisted me to make it and you know we need someone to drive us. So tada! i made and we really enjoyed having them as an evening snack. His suggestion was like, it should be more spicy, so next time i will try adding red chili flakes as well, which in mentioned in the recipes as optional(as i have not tried it, but am sure it will go along), and also some spice mix along with bread crumbs.
So whom you are waiting for, if you are an egg devour, cook it and you are gonna feel eggcellent!!! 😍

Oil (for deep frying)
Method:
1. Peel the hard boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop yolks into a small bowl and keep whites apart.
3. Combine yolks with Mayonnaise, parsley, salt, pepper an red chili flakes (if using). Mix well to form a creamy texture. Keep aside
For Frying:
1. Combine bread crumbs and Garlic Powder in bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper.
3. Place flour in a third shallow bowl.
4. In a frying pan, add oil for deep frying.
5. Dip each egg white first in flour, then in egg mix, and then in bread crumbs. (You can even do a double coating for more crispier ones, please check in Notes)
6. Drop the coated egg whites into the oil and fry both sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
7. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
8. Once all eggs whites are fried, top each with 1 tsp of prepared egg yolk filling (you can use piping bags as well. Put the egg yolk mix in piping bag and pipe a small quantity over each egg whites)and it's ready to serve.
Notes:
1. While frying, if we need to do a double coating, dip the egg white in flour first, then in egg mix, then in bread crumbs, then again in egg mix and a second time in bread crumbs, In tis case you get a more crispier version.
