Custard Cheese Toast

Custard french toast with cheese is always a brunch favorite. An easy to make recipe with available ingredients is a good filling one and a Comfort food indeed and also a good tiffin box idea for kids.

French Toasts are always liked by most of us with regardless of age. The bread slices dipped in egg mixture, and then toasted in ghee or butter is really a healthy and a toothsome snack. And this toast loaded with cheese make it more yummier and rich. The bread used can be white or brown, here i have used brown bread, as my Mr. always gets only brown, except i am insisting him to get white, for any functions or parties.

In this recipe, you can omit egg, and instead, use 1/2 cup milk + 2 tablespoon custard powder and the remaining ingredients, mix it up and make the toast.
